How to determine the number of network jammers in the examination room?
Many schools and various examination institutions have consulted us on how to determine the number of network jammers in the examination room during the project construction of standardized examination rooms. So how to reasonably evaluate and plan the purchase quantity of network wifi signal jammers in the examination room?
First of all, the user unit needs to clearly determine how many examination room classrooms or rooms there are, and the size of each examination room classroom. Conventional examination room classrooms are generally about 100 square meters. For such classrooms, based on past experience, one examination room network jammer can be configured for each examination room classroom. The exceptions are: stepped classrooms, large conference rooms, or examination rooms like driving school theory exams. These types of examination rooms have an area of 200-300 square meters. For such spaces, we recommend configuring at least 2 examination room network jammers.
Secondly, the surrounding environment of the examination room should also be considered, especially the distribution of the operator base stations near the examination room. If there is a high-power base station of the communication operator within 300 meters of the examination room, then special attention should be paid when choosing the examination room network jammer. At this time, if there is only one network jammer configured for one classroom in the examination room classroom of 100 square meters, the shielding signal coverage will inevitably be incomplete.
In addition to surveying and confirming the distance of nearby base stations (it is recommended to dispatch the manufacturer's technical personnel to the site) and signal strength, it should also be confirmed whether there is an indoor signal amplifier in the building where the examination room is located (usually in the corridor). If there is, it is necessary to distinguish between two situations: First, when using the examination room network jammer in the future, can the indoor signal amplifier be temporarily turned off? In this case, there is no need to consider other issues. Second, if the indoor signal amplifier cannot be turned off, the number of examination room network jammers can only be increased, or when ordering products from manufacturers, special instructions should be made for the frequency band of indoor signal amplification, so that the manufacturer can strengthen the power of the specified frequency band when producing the examination room network jammer.
