It is generally used in places with harsh external environments, such as places with more wind and sand and more dust, or places that need to be equipped with explosion-proof boxes, such as gas stations, oil depots, hazardous chemical warehouses, etc. Generally, it is required to have a wide coverage range and strong ability to adapt to harsh environments. The internal RF module is guaranteed to work normally through natural heat dissipation.
2. Auxiliary fan heat dissipation
There are many types of high-power signal jammers that dissipate heat by auxiliary fans. The radiator used is mainly aluminum profiles. After cutting, the chassis shell is installed, and the RF module and power light components are installed in the chassis. Heat dissipation is divided into two parts. One part is to extract the heat inside the chassis and send the air outside the chassis to the inside, forming air convection and transferring the heat to the external environment. The second part is to install the fan in the heat dissipation tooth area corresponding to the radiator module, and then the fan dissipates heat in the place where more heat is generated to ensure the normal operation of the internal RF module.
