Can the signal jammer be used during a thunderstorm?

Hi everyone! I would like to ask you a question. Will signal jammers attract thunder and lightning when used outside of an open space in bad weather?
As for these lightning bolts, they are very likely to attack your GPS jammer. This opportunity is similar to the risk of lightning strikes on cell phones in the same area. Therefore, for safety reasons, if there is no lightning rod around, in this case, please do not use a portable jammer from your pocket.
