Can the directional antenna of the UAV jammer target the UAV (pinpoint interference)?

Some drone jammer (such as radar) allow the directional antenna of the jammer to be guided/targeted on the UAV, thereby generating directional/pinpoint interference. Point-to-point interference will reduce the interference to the environment, but in the case of a "drone swarm" or even the simple case of two (2) drones approaching from opposite directions will not be sufficient.
