How is the heat dissipation of the high frequency signal interceptor designed?

The heat dissipation types of high-power mobile phone signal jammers are divided into the following two types

1. Natural heat dissipation

The high-power mobile phone signal isolator that uses natural heat dissipation is generally a fully sealed heat dissipation shell. The host is the shell, and the shell is the radiator. All the switching power supplies, radio frequency modules and other components used in the equipment are all integrated inside the device, and the shell material is general. They are all aluminum, which are formed by die-casting through different molds. They are generally used in places with harsh external environments, such as places with a lot of sand and dust, or places that need to be equipped with explosion-proof boxes, such as gas stations, oil depots, hazardous chemical warehouses and other places. Mobile phone signal jammers using this kind of heat dissipation shell generally require a wide coverage area, strong ability to adapt to harsh environments, and ensure the normal operation of the internal radio frequency module through natural heat dissipation.

2. Auxiliary fan cooling

There are many types of high-power GPS Jammer that dissipate heat through auxiliary fans. The radiators used in this type of mobile phone signal jammer are mainly aluminum profiles. After cutting and then installing the chassis shell, the radio frequency module and the power lamp components installed in the chassis. The heat dissipation is divided into two parts. One part is to pump the heat inside the chassis to the outside, and the air outside the chassis is sent to the inside to form air convection and transport the heat to the external environment. The second part is to install the fan in the cooling tooth area corresponding to the radiator module, and then the fan will dissipate heat to the place that generates more heat to ensure the normal operation of the internal radio frequency module.
